Plaintiff, Mary Jenkins, a minor, age 5 at the time of the accident, by her mother and next friend Lorraine Jenkins, filed this complaint for personal injuries. The complaint alleges that the defendant while driving her motor vehicle struck plaintiff causing severe injury to her head.
