Clement Brothers Company, Incorporated, appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict awarding $5,000 to plaintiffs-appellees, Curtiss and Mable Duckett, for damage to their dwelling allegedly caused by blasting operations carried on by appellant. The blasting was done in the course of appellant's performance of its contract to construct a dam and spillway on Barren River, near Finney, Kentucky...
