STEPHENSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order denying a temporary injunction. Bishop Ranger filed this suit seeking to enjoin defendants, Bishop Patterson and others, from interfering with plaintiff in the conduct of the affairs of his office. All of the parties to this suit are officials of the Church of God in Christ. The parties will be referred to here as they were in the trial court.
