The only question on appeal is whether the defendant-appellant, Charles L. Ray, is liable for entrusting a vehicle to a driver whose negligence caused injuries to plaintiff-appellee, Lee Mays. The jury awarded Lee Mays damages on the theory of negligent entrustment, and Charles L. Ray appeals.
