Petitioner, James Vincent Keogh, and two codefendants, Elliott Kahaner and Antonio Corallo, were convicted in 1962 of conspiracy to obstruct the due administration of justice. The judgment of conviction was affirmed upon appeal,1 and certiorari denied.2 Keogh now seeks a writ of error coram nobis3 to vacate the judgment of conviction ...
