In August, 1964, the City of Columbia, Missouri, extended its city limits so as to include an area which had theretofore been a part of the New Haven R II School District. Section 162.421, V.A.M.S. provides that such an extension shall automatically extend the boundaries of the school district of such city to include the annexed area.
