The sole question for decision in this mandamus proceeding is whether the district court abused its discretion in dismissing the debtor corporation's petition for reorganization under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act without hearing oral testimony. We hold that on the face of the record as it existed February 3, 1967, the district court did not abuse its discretion in disapproving and dismissing the petition.
