This case is before the Court upon the petition of the N.L.R.B. filed pursuant to Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act (29 U.S.C.A. Sec. 151 et seq.) for enforcement of its order issued against Tallahassee Coca-Cola Bottling Company (Employer) on May 4, 1965.1 The Employer refused to bargain to obtain judicial review of the Board's bargaining unit determination.
