This appeal comes to the writer upon reassignment. It involves an action for damages resulting from fraud and deceit arising out of the sale of a 1964 Corvette Sports Coupe automobile. Plaintiff dismissed his cause of action against defendant Bollinger and we will hereafter refer to defendant Brown as "defendant".
