This is a suit by abutting owners against the City of Dallas and Texas Turnpike Authority for title to a strip of land 30 feet wide and 1,137.79 feet long. The principal question involved is whether the dedication of the strip as a street in 1941 has been timely accepted, or rejected or abandoned by the City in the intervening years.
