This is a Workmen's Compensation case in which the plaintiff, Edgar M. Pittsford, appellee here, recovered judgment on a jury verdict for total and permanent disability. Appellant's amended motion for new trial was overruled and appeal has been duly perfected. Appellee claims that his injury was sustained while working at or on a drilling rig.
