This is a damage suit arising out of an automobile-pedestrian collision. The case was submitted to the jury and on the jury verdict the trial court's judgment denied recovery by the plaintiff. Plaintiff's motion to disregard the jury finding that he failed to keep a proper lookout and that such failure was a proximate cause of the collision was overruled. Plaintiff's appeal is based on the contention the findings are not supported by any evidence...
