Appellant-plaintiff, Louise Rauschbaum, appeals a final summary judgment entered in favor of the appellee-defendant, Mondessa Goldstein, in an action for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff when she slipped and fell on a wet floor while a social guest in defendant's home.
