Appellant, Lauril M. Allis, challenges on this appeal the District Court's dismissal of an action instituted by her for the purpose of establishing certain interests in Texas realty allegedly acquired during her marriage with appellee, Louis Allis, Jr. The District Court concluded that appellant was estopped to bring suit in Texas to relitigate the question of title because that issue had been previously decided adversely to her in a divorce...
