Defendants issued group insurance policies on the life of plaintiff's husband as an employee of the Commonwealth Edison Company. After his death plaintiff was paid the basic insurance coverage under the policies ($8,000), but defendants declined payment under the double indemnity provisions covering accidental death. Plaintiff's suit therefor resulted in a jury verdict and judgment in favor of defendants...
