Marlin Wheeler, plaintiff in the trial court, filed suit against defendant, Transcontinental Gas Pipeline Corporation, an alleged third-party tort-feasor, for personal injuries. Defendant filed an answer and Wheeler's compensation carrier, Transport Insurance Company, intervened to recover its subrogation interest.
