HOOD, Judge.

This case was before us some time ago on an appeal by the Department of Highways from a judgment of the trial court which decreed that a "Supplemental and Amending Order of Expropriation," issued on June 7, 1962, be rescinded and recalled. We affirmed that judgment of the district court. See State, Through Dept. of Highways v. Bordages, La.App. 3 Cir., 156 So.2d 617 (writs refused, 245 La. 462
