Plaintiff instituted this action to recover damages for injuries sustained by him in an automobile collision on March 19, 1965. Named as defendant is the Transamerica Insurance Company, insurer of plaintiff's automobile, plaintiff invoking the uninsured motorist clause in the policy issued to him on October 16, 1964.
