HERLIHY, J.

The death certificate specifies that death was of natural causes. The autopsy report states: "Cause of Death: Acute myocardial infarct; Pulmonary embolism; Adenocarcinoma of cecum; Bronchogenic carcinoma of right lower lobe; Pulmonary silico-turberculosis."
