Plaintiff, Glynn J. Hernandez, sues for damages for personal injuries which he sustained as a result of a collision between an automobile which he was driving and an automobile owned by Felton Paul Boutte. The suit was instituted against Boutte and against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. Judgment on the merits was rendered by the trial court in favor of plaintiff and against both defendants....
