Vincent Colletti, plaintiff-appellant herein, instituted this action in the District Court seeking money damages for personal injuries sustained by him as the result of an accident which allegedly occurred because of the negligence of the corporate defendant, appellee herein, Crown Cork and Seal Company, in failing to warn appellant of a danger on appellee's premises.
