Plaintiff, the owner of certain unimproved immovable property in the Parish of Jefferson, filed this suit seeking: (1) to have declared void an alleged contract to purchase and sell that property; and (2) damages for diminution of the property's value and for annoyance, emotional disturbance, etc, allegedly resulting from tortious acts of the defendants.
