Judgment insofar as it awarded damages in the sum of $200 and the order reversed on the law and facts and a new trial granted on the issue of damages with leave to plaintiffs to serve a supplemental complaint for damages sustained subsequent to the year of 1963 and otherwise judgment affirmed, with costs to plaintiffs-respondents.
