PER CURIAM.

Petitioner was convicted in the State criminal court on his plea of guilty of murder in the second degree and was sentenced to a term of not more than twenty years. He had been indicted for first degree murder. The murder grew out of a crap game in which the decedent is alleged to have short-changed petitioner one dollar of his winnings. The hand-written petition filed in the district court admits that petitioner shot and killed the decedent in Memphis...
