This is a suit in tort by plaintiff, individually, and as administrator of the estate of his minor son, Jere J. Bice, seeking damages arising out of an accident on October 27, 1964, when an air conditioning unit fell from the window of the home rented by plaintiff and injured Jere J. Bice.
