OPINION

COLLINS, Judge.

As the result of a series of transactions beginning in 1942, the United States acquired certain oil and gas rights with respect to the Rattlesnake field, an area within the Navajo Indian Reservation. In this suit, which is based in part upon a special jurisdictional act1 and in part upon 28 U.S.C. § 1505 (1964), plaintiff seeks additional compensation for those rights.
