Mr. John T. Spears, a resident of Eunice, Louisiana, brings this suit against Mrs. Chester C. Danehower, Chester C. Danehower, Jr., her son, and United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, the liability insurer of the motor vehicle owned by Mrs. Chester C. Danehower, but being driven by her son on the occasion in question.
