This appeal involves the liability of certain accommodation endorsers on a promissory note.

The note in question is dated August 5, 1963, signed by defendant Carlton Harris as maker, payable to the order of BEARER for the principal sum of $1248.00, with interest at the rate of 8% per annum from maturity until paid, with 25% attorney's fees on principal and interest. It is payable in monthly installments...
