This is a suit for damages for personal injuries. Plaintiff, Semar Doucet, was a guest passenger in an automobile driven by Mary Doucet, and insured by defendant, The Home Indemnity Company. This vehicle collided, at a highway intersection, with a truck driven by Odell Marsh. Defendant, The Home Indemnity Company, filed a peremptory exception of prescription based on the fact that the accident occurred on July 6, 1962 and this suit was not filed...
