Motion for leave to petitioner to reargue order of March 10, 1966, which denied petitioner's application to annul the order adjudging petitioner in contempt and dismissed the proceedings is granted, without costs.

After reargument the original decision is adhered to, and the stay of execution vacated. Petitioner has been held in contempt for refusing to answer a question put to him before the Grand Jury. No issue as to the materiality of the question or of procedure...
