A suit on a promissory note. Plaintiff-appellee, A. Warren Morey, sued appellant-defendant, Robert A. Yarber, on a promissory note in the principal sum of $3,000.00, dated September 15, 1962, and due 120 days after date. Appellant filed a verified answer. In the verified answer he set up several special exceptions and three pleas of estoppel. Appellant further alleged that there was no consideration for giving the note; or, the consideration, if any...
