This is a suit for a real estate broker's commission. The broker, Gerry Albright, brought suit against the appellant Lois Jones Shirey, a feme sole, for a six per cent commission due under an "authorization to sell" listing contract and for attorney's fees under Art. 2226, Vernon's Ann.Civ.St. Trial was had before the court without the intervention of a jury resulting in a judgment in favor of the broker in the amount of $1285.50, plus...
