Brantley, driving a truck belonging to the defendant, Magnolia Transportation Company, Inc., and insured by The Travelers Insurance Company, willfully and intentionally attempted to run plaintiff down by turning his truck abruptly to the left in plaintiff's direction, striking him on the right arm and causing certain injuries to him.
