Plaintiff by this action sought to recover damages from defendants, special agents of the United States Secret Service, for allegedly invading his rights under the Fourth and Fifth Amendments to the United States Constitution. In summary, his complaint alleged that on March 2, 1959, an indictment was returned in the Northern District of Illinois, charging him with "passing, uttering and selling certain counterfeit obligations of the United States...
