He brings this action under the Landrum Griffin Act, seeking (1) reinstatement, (2) full back pay from the date of his discharge, (3) any loss of insurance or pension benefits, and (4) a permanent injunction enjoining defendant from in any way discriminating against him by reason of rights guaranteed in the Landrum Griffin Act...
