This is an appeal, with an alternative petition for mandamus, from a decree, dated September 9, 1965, of the Jefferson County Circuit Court, in Equity, which directed the Tax Collector, the Director of Revenue and the Probate Judge of Jefferson County to return certain taxes received by them, as taxes formerly due the City of Homewood, to the persons from whom they had received said taxes, and denying the request
