Appellant was jointly tried with one G. Ronald Dodson (Dotson) on an indictment that contained six counts, each charging a separate substantive offense under 18 U.S.C.A. § 152.1 In five of the counts appellant was named as the sole defendant; in the sixth Dotson alone was named.
