Bell and twelve other persons, plaintiffs, all of whom are related by blood or marriage, were the owners of two adjacent parcels of land containing approximately 2.5 acres on Columbia Pike in Fairfax county and appealed from a judgment entered November 30, 1964, whereby they were denied recovery of a real estate commission in the sum of $15,800 which they had paid Routh Robbins Real Estate...
