This is a suspensive appeal from a judgment of the trial court ordering defendant's eviction from and directing his delivery of possession to plaintiff of certain disputed real property decreed by the lower court to belong to petitioner. Appellant resisted plaintiff's demands averring his own proprietorship of subject property and alternatively claimed the right to have the property in issue reconveyed to him because of the alleged nullity of the act...
