Plaintiff, individually and on behalf of his minor son, sues for damages for personal injuries sustained by his son as a result of an automobile accident. Prior to trial, plaintiff settled with all of the defendants except State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, and the suit was dismissed as to those defendants.
