This is a suit in tort arising out of an automobile accident which occurred on September 20, 1963, on Louisiana Highway 107 in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, approximately one-half mile south of Kolin. Plaintiffs sued to recover $548.40 in damages to the 1962 Chevrolet automobile involved in the accident, which was owned by plaintiff, Dayton McCann, and insured by plaintiff, Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company.
