This is a workmen's compensation suit instituted by Joseph Guillory against W. A. Farrar and G. L. Malone. Judgment on the merits was rendered by the trial judge condemning defendant Farrar to pay compensation benefits to plaintiff, but rejecting plaintiff's demands against the remaining defendant, Malone. Plaintiff has appealed.
