Todd Shipyards Corporation in 1960, under docket No. 379,730 of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, sued the corporation known as the Commercial Iron and Metal Company for $6461.73 as the balance due for scrap iron said plaintiff alleges it sold and delivered to defendant corporation under contract between September 30, 1957 and October 9, 1958.
