Per Curiam.

Petitioner sought, by way of an article 78 proceeding, to review the determination of the appellant Board of Trustees of the Police Pension Fund (hereinafter called Board of Trustees) holding that she was not entitled to an accidental death pension, upon the death of her husband. The Board of Trustees found that petitioner's husband was "off duty" at the time of his death.
