SIRICA, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the motion of the petitioner through his counsel for release on personal recognizance, or, in the alternative, upon bond, pending his appeal. Along with two other persons, petitioner was indicted on February 24, 1965, for robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon. All three defendants entered pleas of not guilty. However, on April 13 and 14, 1965, they withdrew their not guilty pleas...
