Mrs. M. G. Loubat, alleging that she had sustained injuries from a fall occasioned by stepping into a grass covered depression or trench abutting the sidewalk at the corner of Urquhart and Arts Streets in the City of New Orleans, brought suit against the City for $25,000.00 damages for such injuries.
