This appeal is by the plaintiff below from an order dismissing its complaint. On September 20, 1965, the appellant Adler-Built Industries, Inc. filed a suit in chancery in the circuit court of Dade County, against the City of Opa-Locka and its officials including the city tax assessor and tax collector, challenging validity of the city's assessment of ad valorem taxes for the year 1965, on certain described parcels of land located within the city....
