This is the second application by this petitioner for a writ of habeas corpus from this court. The first petition was denied July 16, 1965, because of the petitioner's failure to exhaust his state remedies.

It is somewhat difficult to ascertain, from the mass of documents filed with the court, the exact status of petitioner's case in the state courts. Petitioner is apparently unwilling to accept the fact that a certain amount of delay...
