Mrs. Landry, one of the plaintiffs herein, was injured in a collision between a taxicab and another automobile. She and her husband instituted this suit against two defendants, the driver and the owner of the taxicab; she seeks damages for personal injuries and he seeks recovery of medical and other expenses incurred in connection with the treatment of those injuries.
