This appeal in error comes from the Circuit Court of Hamblen County. On August 25, 1965, plaintiffs in error brought a proceeding in that Court under T.C.A. § 6-310 to contest the validity of Ordinance No. 1677 of the Town of Morristown, Tennessee.
